Join the team at Sublime Care as an Allied Health Administrator. In this full-time role based in Wallsend, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our fast-paced allied health department.

What You’ll Do

Client Service & Support

  • Deliver warm, professional customer service via phone and email
  • Oversee client feedback and complete follow-up check-ins after service discharge
  • Attend higher-risk home visits as a second staff member, ensuring safety and support

 

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Take charge of appointment scheduling for our Allied Health staff
  • Confirm bookings with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage last-minute changes and cancellations due to staff absences

 

Administrative Backbone

  • Keep systems running smoothly—maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide general admin support: minute-taking, scanning, uploading, and more
  • Print and prepare therapy materials and client resources
  • Assist with service agreements and internal auditing processes
  • Pitch in with team projects and day-to-day tasks as needed

 

 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a healthcare or clinic setting
  • Empathy and compassion when supporting clients and families with complex needs
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage schedules of direct support employees
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
  • Full-time on-site availability due to the hands-on nature of the role
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, First Aid Certificate, Driver Licence, and minimum 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
