Join the team at Sublime Care as our Office Administrator. In this newly created part-time role based in Wallsend, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our fast-paced service.

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Ensure office areas remain clean, organised, and presentable
- Support smooth office operations by managing supplies and placing orders as needed
- Oversee fleet management tasks including vehicle allocation, servicing schedules, and logbook maintenance
- Handle basic IT support, including workstation setup and addressing staff IT requirements
- Perform general administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, printing, scanning, and uploading documents.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting
- Certificate III in Business Admin, highly desirable
- Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
- Expertise using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- On-site availability due to the hands-on nature of the role
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check
- Driver Licence and own vehicle
- Minimum 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
