Join the team at Sublime Care as our Office Administrator. In this newly created part-time role based in Wallsend, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our fast-paced service.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Ensure office areas remain clean, organised, and presentable
  • Support smooth office operations by managing supplies and placing orders as needed
  • Oversee fleet management tasks including vehicle allocation, servicing schedules, and logbook maintenance
  • Handle basic IT support, including workstation setup and addressing staff IT requirements
  • Perform general administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, printing, scanning, and uploading documents.

 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting
  • Certificate III in Business Admin, highly desirable 
  • Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • On-site availability due to the hands-on nature of the role
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Driver Licence and own vehicle
  • Minimum 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
