With interest in our services from regional areas, we are expanding to Tamworth so we are looking for general Speech Therapists

In the past three months our Allied Health Team of Speechies, Physio’s and OTs has grown rapidly from 9 to 20 with another 9 due to join us by the end of the year. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

 

What we offer

  • Above award salary starting from $105k + super based on experience
  • In house Supervision provided by our Snr Speech Therapist ( with 10 years’ experience)
  • 67% KPI Caseload
  • Full time preferred, part time considered with working hours Monday to Friday ( no after hours or weekends!)
  • Travel to clients within the local area only- Community-based client appointments

What we are looking for

 

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Speech Therapy
  • Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as a Speech Therapist within the NDIS or Home Care Package system, preferably in a clinical or community-based setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
  • A positive, empathetic, and compassionate approach to care
  • Full Drivers licence
  • COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).

Established in 2019, we began with a small but dedicated team, united by a shared vision: to be a guiding light for people with disabilities, helping them navigate the complexities of the NDIS with ease. Today, we employ 120+ employees across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions, who provide person-centred support services to over 200 participants in:

  • Aged Care (CHSP),
  • Community Care and Accommodation (NDIS),
  • Allied Health (CHSP and NDIS).
