A newly built SDA house in Wallsend is in need of passionate and skilled female support workers!
The Participants
We’re thrilled to welcome several new participants to Sublime Care, each needing dedicated, skilled, and compassionate support to help them maintain their independence. Our female participants will require active overnight care and 2:1 support on multiple occasions each day. As such, we’re building a large, reliable, and passionate team to support these ladies through their transition.
Training Provided
Our highly experienced Clinical Care Educator (RN) will teach you how to safely and competently provide the following supports in the following areas:
- Manual Handling
- Bowel and Urinary Catheter Care
- Epilepsy Management
- Asthma Management
- Mealtime Management
- PEG Feeding
- Restrictive Practices
- Behaviours of Concerns Management.

You Are....
- Experienced: you have experience/qualifications in Disability/Aged Care support or Nursing
- Passionate: you genuinely want to improve the lives of people and have fun along the way
- Professional: you adapt to all situations and maintain clear, strong boundaries
- Reliable: you consistently provide quality work, you are punctual and someone we can trust
- Confident: you are confident in your skills to use expert communication, both verbally and written
- Willing: you have a growth mind-set with an eagerness to learn and improve
- Flexible: you can provide flexible availability for varied shifts to suit individual needs (evenings, weekends and overnights may be required).
You will need...
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Check
- Driver Licence
- Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- First Aid Certificate, and
- COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses).
