The Role
Our highly experienced service team and Clinical Care Educator will teach you how to safely and competently provide the following supports to our high intensity clients:
- Complex Manual Handling
- Asthma Management
- Epilepsy Management
- Bowel Care
- Catheter Care
- Mealtime Management
- PEG Feeding
- Restrictive Practices
- Behaviours of Concerns Management.
You Are....
- Experienced: you have Disability and/or aged care support and/or AIN experience
- Passionate: you genuinely want to improve the lives of people with additional needs
- Professional: you adapt to all situations and maintain clear, strong boundaries
- Reliable: you consistently provide quality work, you are punctual and are someone we can trust
- Confident: you are confident in your skills to use expert communication, both verbally and written
- Willing: you have a growth mind-set with an eagerness to learn and improve
- Flexible: you can provide flexible availability for varied shifts to suit individual needs (evenings, weekends and overnights may be required).
To work with Sublime Care, you are required to provide evidence of the following:
- Australian Working Rights
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Full Driver Licence
- Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- First Aid Certificate, and
- COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses).
