Compassionate Support Workers Wanted – Join Our Team Across Newcastle to Cessnock!
Make a real difference in someone’s day – every day.

About the People We Support
We’re privileged to work alongside some incredible women who value their independence and are looking for the right support to help them live comfortably, safely, and with dignity.
These roles involve a variety of supports – including overnight shifts and 2:1 care – in areas such as East Maitland, Kurri Kurri, New Lambton, and Wallsend. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering person-centred support that respects everyone’s needs and preferences.
No Experience with Complex Care? No Problem.
We believe in growing great support workers. Our experienced Clinical Care Educator (a Registered Nurse) and operational leaders will provide thorough training in:
- Safe mobility and manual handling
- PEG feeding and mealtime assistance
- Catheter and bowel care
- Tracheostomy support (where required)
- Supporting behaviours with empathy and calm
What matters most is your attitude – not just your resume.
What We Offer
- Start casual with potential for permanent part-time
- Penalty rates, allowances and superannuation
- Shifts to suit a variety of lifestyles (including evenings, weekends and overnights)
- Free, RN-led training and ongoing mentorship
- A truly supportive, values-driven management team
- A culture of growth – we celebrate learning and development
- Free counselling and wellbeing support through EAP
We’re Looking for People Who Are…

- Empathetic and respectful: You treat every person with dignity and care
- Supportive: You’re a team player who uplifts others
- Reliable and trustworthy: You follow through and show up with integrity
- Open-minded and flexible: You embrace learning and adapt as needed
- Non-judgemental: You welcome people from all walks of life
If you have experience or a background in Disability, Aged Care, or Nursing – fantastic! But we also encourage people from diverse backgrounds, including parents, carers, and people with lived experience, to apply.
