About Us
Established in 2019, we began with a small but dedicated team, united by a shared vision: to be a guiding light for people with disabilities, helping them navigate the complexities of the NDIS with ease. Today, we employ 120+ employees across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions, who provide person-centred support services to over 200 participants in:
- Aged Care (CHSP),
- Community Care and Accommodation (NDIS),
- Allied Health (CHSP and NDIS).
Criteria
- Graduate Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Adaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants, stakeholders and staff members
- Genuine empathy, kindness and passion towards helping people achieve their goals of independence
- Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care Frameworks
- Demonstrated experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing complex reports
- Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and COVID-19 Vaccination x two.
