Our New Grad Program – Paediatric Focussed
Our quality New Graduate Program offers comprehensive training and mentorship to support your professional development. You’ll gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment.
While working with a paediatric caseload, you will learn to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children, develop tailored intervention plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Gain valuable skills in adapting therapies to meet the unique needs of each child, fostering their growth and development.

How to Apply
Submit a current resume along with a cover letter addressing the below criteria:
- Graduate Degree in Speech Pathologist
- Experience adapting communication skills to engage with varied clients and stakeholders
- Experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing reports
- Driver Licence, First Aid Certificate, and two COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
