About the Role
Working with Sublime Care, you will have the opportunity to support a varied caseload, across the lifespan offering a spectrum of clinical supports. Our superstar Speech Pathologist will be able to:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualised therapy plans.
- Establish and implement Mealtime Management plans, make AAT recommendations and implementation plans.
- Apply evidence-based practices and maintain knowledge of developments in your field.
- Complete complex reports including NDIS plan review reports.
- Engage positively with and deliver education to clients, stakeholders, family members and frontline staff.
- Conduct regular review of therapy outcomes for clients and adjust as required.
- Deliver services in varied modes: face to face, remote, and Telehealth.

To be eligible for this opportunity you will need to provide evidence of the following:
- Minimum Graduate Degree in Speech Pathology
- Professional registration with SPA
- A minimum of two years’ experience working within and strong understanding of the NDIS Framework
- Excellent adaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants and stakeholders
- Experience using a variety of assessment tools
- Expertise in completion of complex report writing
- Current (or willingness to obtain) Driver Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and COVID-19 Vaccination evidence of at least two doses.

Sublime Care will provide you with a negotiated pay rate based on your experience starting from $85,000 FTE (plus super), a mobile phone and laptop, access to company cars, flexible working environment, Novated Lease options and access to free EAP services.
