Are you a motivated and hardworking business development professional ready for your next challenge? 

 

We are hiring a dynamic and flexible Coordinator to proactively engage and 
create meaningful relationships with community, 
and promote our extensive services for NDIS participants!

 

This role will see you

  • Take ownership of organisational growth goals and apply your experience to achieve or exceed these goals
  • Build strong and positive relationships with partners and external stakeholders with the view of marketing organisations services
  • Generate referrals and convert to sales
  • Be a brand ambassador and work closely with the marketing team to build on our industry network
  • Assess and manage risk in line with organisational Policies and Procedures.

 

About you
If you are experienced in business development with extensive NDIS experience, with a genuine motivation and passion to contribute to the quality of life of people with disability, then this role is for you! 

  • Demonstrated experience in intake/business development working within Community Services 
  • Lively and charismatic demeanour with experience creating and maintaining in/external relationships 
  • Knowledge of NDIS Price Guide, Disability Standards, and NDIS Practice Standards
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport 
  • Willingness to travel as required by the organisation for marketing and networking events.
