  • Community Care

  • Support Coordination, and

Your New Role

You will be responsible for supporting the Quality Manager to ensure the organisation is compliant with NDIS practice standards, service quality indicators and relevant legislation. You will achieve this by monitoring quality, compliance and risk data and implementing quality projects and initiatives.

 

  • Review and update policies for best practice.
  • Coordinate audits and implement action plans.
  • Update and train users on Quality Management Registers.
  • Monitor Restrictive Practice reporting.
  • Address compliance concerns and escalate non-conformances.
  • Investigate complaints and incidents.
  • Manage Satisfaction Surveys and implement recommendations.
  • Develop training material for internal team.
  • Update CRM to align with policy and procedure.
  • Lead clinical training procedures and allocate work to Educators.
  • Manage and support a small Clinical Educator team.

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated management experience in the Community Services or Health industry.
  • Education in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Disability Studies, Compliance) or other relevant community sector qualification or experience.
  • Clinical qualifications and experience, e.g., AIN, EN, highly regarded.
  • Extensive understanding of NDIS practice standards, legislative requirements, national conventions related to people with disability, and the requirements of service delivery under the frameworks/principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, establish and operate quality driven policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance protocols, including experience conducting audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Highly developed communication skills, customer service and time management skills to manage and meet demand of multiple tasks, competing priorities and deadlines.

 

 

To work with Sublime Care, you will also be required to provide evidence of the following:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver Licence
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses) 3.
