Located at our head office in Wallsend, your experience in community / healthcare services will play a crucial role in improving accessibility and fostering positive experiences for participants.

 

The Role

In this fundamental exciting role, you will support the assessment and intake of new clients, coordinating and reviewing documentation while efficiently managing referral processes for disability, aged care and allied health clients. You'll collaborate with the Business Development and Service departments to ensure timely client onboarding all the while supervising a small team of intake officers, ensuring smooth operations and team cohesion.

Role Criteria

  • Experience working within the NDIS, aged care, or healthcare environment.
  • Driver Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and COVID-19 Vaccination x two.
  • Positive team-focussed attitude with supervisory experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in organisational and computer skills.
  • Friendly and compassionate customer service skills.
