About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Team Leader for our Allied Health department is responsible for leading our clinical team to maintain quality services to support NDIS participant achieve their goals, along with spearhead the department's capacity to grow. 

  • You will ensure department and participant compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, while managing a small caseload of participants.  
  • You will excel in communication, adept at quickly establishing rapport with diverse personalities by adapting your approach to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • You will oversee participant service hours, manage caseload ratios, and assume responsibility for achieving your team’s billable hour targets.
  • You will actively support your team members in their professional development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • You will actively pursue relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring meaningful engagement that will contribute to the overall success and sustainability of our business goals.

 

 

This exciting opportunity will see the perfect candidate possess the following: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing clinical services to a varied caseload 
  • Graduate Degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy 
  • Current SPA membership or AHPRA registration
  • Extensive experience working within the NDIS Framework
  • Experience leading a team to success and supporting team members with personal growth 
  • Professional and adaptive communication skills to engage with participants and stakeholders
  • Expertise in completion of complex report writing and using multiple assessment tools
  • Current Driver Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and COVID-19 Vaccination evidence of at least two doses. 

 

Sublime Care will provide you with a negotiated pay rate based on your experience starting from $110,000 FTE (plus super), a mobile phone and laptop, access to company cars, flexible working environment, Novated Lease options and access to free EAP services.
