Recruitment Coordinator - Allied Health

Based in Wallsend Head Office

 

 

Role Objective

Work closely with Allied Health managers to source, attract, and recruit qualified physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists for Sublime Care.  

Ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural requirements of the organisation who can deliver high-quality care to a range of clients.

To be successful in this position, your cover letter should identify how you meet the following criteria: 

  • Experience in internal or agency recruitment
  • Proficient use of various ATS and platforms such as Seek and LinkedIn
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth collaboration throughout the recruitment process
  • Expertise in reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates’ clinical skills and cultural fit
  • Skills in negotiating compensation, contract terms, and job offers to align with organisational needs
  • Knowledge of employment laws, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards, including the Fair Work Act and NDIS/Aged Care requirements
  • Evidence of a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and COVID-19 double vaccination status.
