Leading up to Christmas, our wonderful support workers are geared and ready for their end of year break!
We are seeking passionate, empathetic, resilient, and committed individuals to join our dynamic support team.
This role is ideal for psychology students, graduates, or mental health professionals seeking hands-on experience in a trauma-informed, client-centred environment.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll support individuals with psychosocial disabilities to achieve their NDIS goals and live with greater autonomy and dignity. You'll build therapeutic relationships, encourage community engagement, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily living skills: light cleaning, meal prep, and routine tasks
- Follow individualised Behaviour Support Plans and Care Plans
- Receive clinical training and perform high intensity care
- Collaborate with supportive and experienced clinical, quality and service teams
- Maintain accurate progress notes, incident reports, and data collection
- Advocate for the rights, autonomy, and wellbeing of our participants
Who You Are
We’re looking for people who are:
- Currently studying psychology, social work, counselling, or a related field – or experienced in mental health support
- Compassionate, trauma-informed, and calm under pressure
- Strong communicators with a team mindset
- Dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals with dignity and respect
- Committed to professional development and learning

- Full Drivers Licence
- Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
