Well-experienced FEMALE Support Workers required for Blacktown SIL property
- Manage complex behaviours of concern
- Provide extensive mental health support
- Quality training and support provided
Your New Role
Provide essential assistance and care to individuals with disabilities and mental health, helping them lead fulfilling lives and participate in their communities. You have professional experience providing care in one or more of the following areas:
- Complex Behaviour Management
- Restrictive Practices
- S4/S8 Medication Management
- Epilepsy Management
Your Skills & Experience
- Complex behaviour support experience required
- Mental health qualifications highly regarded
- Genuine passion to support people with varied needs
- Professional aptitude and clear, strong boundaries
- Naturally confident and skilled communicator both verbally and written
- Growth mind-set with eagerness to learn and try something new
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends and overnights may be required).
To work with Sublime Care, you are required to provide evidence of the following:
- Australian Working Rights
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Full Drivers Licence
- Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- First Aid Certificate, and
- COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses).
